How do I track my order?
 

Runway Boutique will send an email confirmation to let you know your order was received and a tracking number will be provided once order is shipped. 

Return Policy?

Runway Boutique will offer returns for store credit Only. Please contact Runway Boutique within 72 hours after receiving your purchase to receive a store credit. The purchase must be unworn and in the same condition shipped.  Once contacted and the item is returned, we will issue a coupon for the  purchase value exluding any shipping cost. All Local Sales are Final Sales NO Returns or Exchanges Allowed. Please contact Runway Boutique with any additional questions. 

 

What are your delivery options?

Runway Boutique use several shipping providers to send merchandise. Our preffered methond is our local United State Postal Service.  We generally ship items within 1 to 3 business days from the time of order.  We offer express shipping  which can take up to 1 day  and overnight shipping which are processed within 24 hours.   Please allow reasonable time for shipping.

What are PreOrders?
 

Pre-Orders are items that we make available to our customers on a first come first serve basis.  These items are usually HIGH IN DEMAND and LIMITED.  This option allows a customer to reserve and item before it gets to the warehouse.  Once the pre-ordered item is available you are guarunteed that item and the item is shipped directly from our warehouse..
